Treatment Programs
Family Recovery Program
Loving someone with an addiction issue is probably the hardest thing you will ever have to endure. Not unlike your loved one, you too, will likely feel alone, ashamed, and wondering what you did to cause this. You probably live in constant fear and worry about the future. It’s likely on your mind constantly.
Group Recovery Program
We work with individual residents to understand their goals for recovery, and their goals for aftercare. However, we emphasize collaboration and connection between residents, staff and outside parties as a part of a holistic and complete healing journey.
Primary Program
The Oaks is a private Supportive Recovery Residence, that offers holistic evidence-based psychosocial supports designed to help individuals explore their issues, strengths and build upon strategies to help them cope and recover from substance misuse.
Admissions Criteria & Intake Process
We understand choosing to get help for substance misuse, is a difficult decision, with a range of emotions from fear to hope. The Oaks is aware of the courage it takes to come to this decision. As such we know streamlining admission processes are critical and ensuring beds are available, when the individual most needs it, is a priority for us. Of utmost importance is that the potential resident be able to participate in the program and be safe, and that the other residents are safe as well.

Program Provisions
We offer assisted living recovery services that span 30 to 90 days, tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. Our program provides. Our program provides two weekly individual counselling sessions, dail process groups, weekly gender-specific groups, weekly psychoeducational classes & weekly recreational activities.
After Care Plans
We work with individual residents to understand their goals for recovery, and their goals for aftercare. We believe that a robust aftercare plan is a cornerstone of sustained recovery. To this end, residents collaborate with an Aftercare Specialist each week to craft a personalized aftercare plan for their transition post stay.
Our Facility
The Oaks Wellness Center is a co-ed facility, with private bedrooms. We offer gym facilities, an art room and gorgeous outside facilities to relax, take a time out & connect with residents and staff. We are surrounded by hiking trails and offer weekly trips to the local town for recreation and purchasing personal items.

Our team comprises many levels of expertise, all are compassionate professionals, many of whom have personally experienced the trials of addiction and are now living testimonies of successful healing. We strive to provide the highest standard of supportive care, and hope. We walk alongside them through their transformative journey towards recovery.
